I guess I’m not super surprised lol What’s nice to know is that theres 2 products that you proved work and one is easier to find. I think the certainty is a better value over say a 5 year span, but if you need to go out and grab something when you hadn’t planned on dropping $100+, the image will do the trick. Thanks for the test!
Excellent test! I have a couple of spots I want to treat also. What, if any, difference are you seeing in the actual grass in the treated area? Is one of the products hurting the grass growth more than the other?
Great question and something I should have discussed. It's been about a week since I shot the last scene. The poa continues to yellow out. I can't tell a difference in the Bermuda in sprayed vs control groups.

Exactly!! The best way to get rid of poa is to get down the pre emergent in the fall.

What if I mix Image and Certainty?
I think you can. Double check the labels to make sure it won't precipitate out of solution into a salt when you mix them.
I believe the reason behind the slow result is to give the good grass the opportunity to take over and crowd out the weeds.
There is probably some validity to your statement and poa in general is just tough
@@Dr.Warren A fast kill would probably kill some of the good grass too.
Wait so spraying tenacity ahead of time can stop the poa? I know it doesn't kill it but don’t know if it can stop its germination.
According to the label tenacity suppresses poa as a pre emergent
@@Dr.Warren grazie!
