Company means 'when two or more person joint together for some common purpose with common capital comprising transferability of shares'. And living means entering the name of the company and its shares in the official list of a recognised stock exchange....and also in India there are 23 stock exchanges are functioning . 2 are Natinal Stock exchanges and others are Regional stock exchanges.
