Chikhirtma | Georgian Soup With Chicken And Mint

Hello, guys! It's been a while since I did a soup recipe. This time it's Georgian Cuisine - one of the best in the world. It's unique in the making and tastes really interesting.
These are the ingredients:
1 whole chicken
300g onion
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
pinch of dried mint
bunch of cilantro
4 eggs
2 tbsp vinegar
butter for frying
