    i’m a nerd with wrestler friends and this video really spoke to me. The leverage stuff was pretty obvious to me, but stopping and continuing momentum are things that I do not do well yet. I just need to drill more finishes I think

    This is a CRAZY good video. I mean insanely good. Phenomenal. Trust me, I have seen thousands of these types of instructionals. You are very well-spoken/concise and you DEFINITELY know what you're talking about. INCREDIBLE examples. You make everything so clear. Bless you bro, and please do not ever stop teaching.

    Good video! Awhile ago I gave my daughter a short book on vectors and fulcrums. She wrestles. I used to. Sometimes a parent teaching a concept can be better conceptualized through video by an outside source. As soon as we get time, we will watch this together.

    Thanks so much, Coach Ebed. I appreciate all your free informative content. You can’t get that just anywhere. Thank you for all you do for the wrestling community - in all walks of the journey. I am a female wrestler coming up on two years and your instructionals helped me excel in many different areas (my favorite is the underhook series ;) ). Keep being the amazing coach you are! So grateful for you.💪🏼🔥

    Dear Sir, as a Bjj competitor your guidance means so much to me! However in bjj the stalling is not penaltanized, so ppl at nogi step back or stall most the time since they do not invest in wrestling ART yet, thus would you show us how to make that work or use it to our advantage if possible ? Thank you dearly !! OSS..!

    • @ironfaithwrestling
      @ironfaithwrestling  Месяц назад

      @@mertferah1052 the stuff I explained in this video should all work for jiu-jitsu. The concept still remain the same. I think one thing you can add is making sure you’re not wasting energy when your opponent is stalling and being a little more patient went to the next movement.
