    I totally agree. You have to have the cardio to have the intensity, which you only get one way. There is nothing that ruins your game like getting tired.

    I recently joined a mma gym about a month ago and this can be applied to all areas, striking grappling or conditioning. If you've done a sport then you've heard this constantly and it's time for us to apply that lets get it! Go big or go home

    1:08 to 1:15 the reason for this is because of genetics. If the kids could hit the moves they would at the level you are talking about. Some kids naturally are gonna have more mat strength than others. Some people can never be good at this sport regardless of training and mindset.

    • @Tuff_Stuff1
      @Tuff_Stuff1 Месяц назад +5

      Nothing about genetics
      Prob just hesitation and again like my boi said
      Can’t keep up the pace with the other guy
      Also like you said about mindset
      A lot of people break when they are overwhelmed by the opponents strength and speed

      @@Dantheman2634 obviously genetics plays a role but not as much as @decristosyle thinks
      I really feel like all the tops athletes had very mid genetics but ton of heart with a powerful mindset which made them prevail over the gifted athletes
      I know this because me myself is better than a lot of people cuz of my determination and mindset with mid genetics
