New to the channel and love the content. You do a great job of focusing on 1 technique and explaining all the details including the hardest part: the setup.
really interesting, the wrestling instructor at the club I went to said to do 2-handed arm-drags where you pull them by you using both grabbing their upper tricep and their wrist. I wonder if he just taught it to us that way because he knew we were too slow and in-fluid to hit it with just the upper tricep grip
@@enes5726 thank you very much! And Price is $49/month for the online academy. But I’ll definitely continue to post quality content on RUclips for free!
You guys have been absolutely amazing with these tools! And hopefully all the coaches are noticing the way you demonstrate techniques on your partner 😂 opposite of the Kolat style of demonstrating on your partner 😂
thank you very much! We actually just created a free online wrestling academy as well that has everything organized you should definitely check it out if you have the time. www.skool.com/iron-faith-academy-free-3014/about
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on wrestling for MMA. How does our wrestling have to be different when strikes and submissions are involved? Great vids, thanks.
I wrote a bunch of stuff, but the more I wrote the deeper it got so I removed it. Its wrestling, just like, freestyle, greco and folk differ, a person whos good at one will adapt and pick up the other easily. MMA you wrestle on the fence, you set up shots with strikes, you dont do anklepicks and other things that can be punished hard if you fail. You dont turn on your belly when taken down.
Thanks for the videos man. If by any chance could you do a video on counter throws? For instance, let’s say someone has you in a single leg and you want to roll them behind you. Or maybe a video on easy and common lat drops would be excellent. Just trying to find good counter throws for bjj when I get in a sticky situation. 👌🏻

How stupid you are. Do you think that if you do that, they won't attack you?

Awesome video! Do you have any guides on creating motion, and angles?
It’s kind of mixed her out a lot of the instructional. Do you have a specific tie up you like?
@@ironfaithwrestling I was look for something that would help me with fundamentals to creating shots. Specifically outside tie

I think finishing quickly matters. also avoiding takedowns that put you in comprimising situations
