    It's the strong current pool that does it for me! ...most people have no clue how much strength is involved to swim like that!

    That dryland exercise demonstrated by Cate Campbell ("air freestyle") is one of many that swimmers do using a vasa trainer. It was a favorite of the late Fran Crippen, who said it was a game-changer for keeping a strong, long, taut bodyline, especially when other swimmers would cross over on top of his back. The video should have shown a lot more dryland swim training, like using popular training tools like the vasa machines, trx, kettlebells, etc.

    No question swimming is by far the greatest sport in earth. The amount of training and sacrifices these athletes have to do is out of this world.

    Keep in mind the majority of training for these athletes is the same sets and team practices most swimmers are familiar with. That would make for a boring video, though.
