Yes indeed, I didn't remember that part of the episode. In an early script for the video I did mention that I thought that Celestia may have been on the look out for new Alicorns but my brother and I decided that there wasn't that much evidence for it so we cut it from the script. But now with this new information I think that we can safely say that Celestia was looking out for the appearance of new Alicorns. Thanks for bringing it to my attention :D
There was an episode (season 1 episode 23), when the CMC wanted to know how Rainbow Dash got her Cutie Mark. In that episode, we can see hogy Twilight got her Cutie Mark. It was a very big magic outburst. She even used an agespell on spike (accidentaly of course). Celestia said: “Twilight Sparkle, you have a very special gift, I don’t think I’ve ever come across a unicorn with your raw abilities.” So yes, I think she knew, that Twilight has alicorn magic.
@@artmoviesandus5199 Celetia is Flurry Heart from future. She only didn't know that she born as alicorn because for most of her life she lived as unicorn Starlight Glimmer. Same goes with her sister Trixie "Luna" Lulamoon. Plus Twilight is doughier of King Sombra (for reminder she was found under tree of harmony). It wan't a coincidence that she become a queen on the end.
I think that twilight received magic from all 3 of the tribes, an example from the elements of harmony blasting her with all that magic. The magic she used on the potion isn’t fully alicorn magic, it’s the magic of fear. A magic sombra uses
While your theory makes sense, this just brings up another question though. Which side of the family has the alicorn genetics to begin with? Does the alicorn genetic code come from Twilight Velvet's side of the family, does it come from Nightlight's side of the family, or does it come from both sides of the family?
yo i have a theory! only unicorns become alicorns! this may be old fashioned but i got this book and this says when modern writers discuss the UNICORN they often refer to the ALICORN from an old italian word "the horn" so no way no how cadance was a pegasus when she was turned into an alicorn just theorize about this...
Welp, now this is definitely disproven since we had Sunny turn into an alicorn, or at least display alicorn transformation. Still unsure if it's a permanent change.

It disregards all the rules that make the very universe work and spits in the face of everything Friendship is magic did. So yeah it perfectly fits the bill for brainless fanfiction made my people who don't understand or care about My Little Pony.

If it was the same universe as Friendship is magic that basically means the world would be dead. The pegasus couldn't control the weather so everything would dry up and die, the sun and the moon wouldn't rise or set so the world would be a giant frozen waste land with nothing on it. Equestria needs magic in order to exist so saying that it's all gone basically means that the world should have ended. And on a side note where's Discord? He's literally a god and wouldn't have let any of this happen in the first place. So yeah that's why I consider it to be fanfiction.

I'm really glad that you liked it :D As for making more videos RUclips isn't really my passion and neither is making videos. Don't get me wrong I have a lot of fun making the videos and stuff but I'm a writer and illustrator by trade. But don't worry I haven't quite RUclips and I do have several Video ideas in mind so I will be posting at some point but its just never going to be regular. The videos that i have in mind are "The Life Of Princess Celestia" and several other similar to my Trixie video of looking at different characters acts and behaviors and try to figure out why they are the way they are. Hopefully youTube as a platform will allow me to make these videos ;)

I think maybe Twilight has a unicorn gene and a Pegasus gene and one of her relatives got both of those becoming a alicorn.
