Andrea Bocelli is a great opera singer who is blind. Sarah Brightman was a dancer in 'Hot Gossip', married Andrew Lloyd Webber and was the first 'Christine' in his musical 'The Phantom of the Opera' with Michael Crawford.

From the instruments to the melody, and saying nothing of their unbelievable voices, this may well be the most beautiful song ever recorded. Sarah’s gentle ascension in her first two vocal runs is angelic. Andrea is probably the greatest male singer in musical history. Just incredible. This song hits me as hard today as when I first heard it in the late 90s. This will be listened to a hundred years from now.
What two outstanding and exceptional voices!!! The chemistry, the shear tone and power they project is amazing. To have that collaboration on such a moving piece of music with a full accompanying professional orchestra is a masterpiece of work. Ispiratore !!!

No idea why people keep feeling the need to mention that he's blind. We're here to appreciate his voice. His blindness shouldn't be an issue. It certainly isn't to him.

The reality is that, obviously, as you know, blindness will cause facial expressions that may not be understood if the reactor or viewer does not realize this.
In general, at 67 in London, I have never really concealed anything which makes, IMO, for a much greater understanding of any given situation.
Communication is so important so that everyone knows the sutuation.

Thank you for a beautiful reaction to a beautiful song.... This was one of my late mother's favourite songs. When she passed I wanted to have this played at her funeral, but was overruled by my two sisters who felt that it was too emotional & would break everyone up. When one of my sisters died a few months ago I decided not to suggest it for the funeral because she had wanted it to be a celebration of her life & she didn't want anyone crying. (It still ended up with everyone in tears, but at least I honoured her wishes). Bless you for posting.❤️

Oh I'm sorry for that, you are so tough💔 My mother was 47 when she passed away. I was 23, now I'm 30. Her favourite singers were Eros Ramazzotti, Andrea Bocelli and Tina Turner. Fortunately, no one had problem with playing Cose Della Vita at my mum's funeral 🥺💗 But, although I loved the songs and I've been listening to them my entire childhood, listening to Cose della vita or songs by Andrea Bocelli is very painful now. I hope and I believe that one day we all will able to say goodbye without fear, pain or tears

I remember this coming out. My friend was in theatre in London. I went to see him and he took us to a restaurant around the corner called "Bradley's'. This played and we kept asking to repeat it, I cant remember how many times but they got sick of playing it. I first met 'Freddie' the actor in my bar 'Bradley's' which is my last name. Unfortunately he became ill while in a play on Broadway (he had climbed the ladder) but had to return to Britain. He died Unfortunately, at the funeral this way played and his wife Jean spoke of that night. Miss you mate.
