Honestly, I just think that you get the adrenaline from the needles being stuck in your body.

Most needles are straight and sharp, the only one that says on the stick of adrenaline is the straight one, and the others that are bent fall off inside the body as your character rips the bottle off of you
Probably not , since a single needle comes up through the middle , the others probably go down to push the middle one up

I was concerned that the new items would ruin the balance, but there unique enough not to and they even give more use to the bear which is the weakest item, it’s impressive how balanced this game is

Thanks for the excellent showcase, I think what would REALLY benefit the game is some type of multiplayer mode, would add alot of replayability

impossible, it cant be a nokia 3301 cuz you can snap it in half
@@up-set1451 it will be a shield you use to stop next enemy shot and you will lose it only due to impulse, cause it can't break. Or alternatively, before ending your turn, you can decide to tie Nokia 3301 to close the barrel and some other item interactions can happen (like using handsaw to remove it, or dealer keeping item if blank and they shoot themselves)

I love how these items fit the ideas of addiction too. Addiction to prescription medication, addiction to thrill-seeking/drugs, and addiction to technology.

- Inverter: change the next shell’s type.
- Burner Phone: Let you know the type of a random shell *that isn’t the next one*.
- Expired Medicine: heals for 2, or damage for 1. It’s random. Gamble your life more than you’re already doing.

Had a dream ages ago, like during the dead zone between 1.0 and double or nothing, that they added a system where dealer would open palm slap the table like a react streamer if he didnt use items to his fullest potential, or he'd almost antagonize you while loading in the shells if you empty the last one in his face. He did it too many times and because it was a dream the table broke and I tiktokked him being in the costco parking lot lugging a new either table or tv screen to his car and he cried and snotted and dropped all his groceries moving the stuff to the car and he was too scared to pick it back up so we just ran over all the grocery bags until we had to fix the tires from it and me and Dealer got murdered in a pueblo breaking bad looking motel running around opposite sides of a small bed

It would be cool if ya use the burner phone on the last bullet they would say something like "no chance of losses..... Shot him dead" or "the gunpowder's run out" depending on the last bullet.
the expired medicine actually got buffed from being a 40% chance to give 2 charges to a 50% chance

Beer is actually C tier. It's pretty much a worse magnifying glass

I'm not an expert on the game, but I'm pretty sure saw is valued higher than cuffs.
@@montee3766 Beer is actually useful so long as you remember what shells are left, sometimes its safer to use it than risk the dealer getting his turn. The medicine is dogsh*t, absolute F Tier, apart from one laugh it gave me, it always hurts me.
Adrenaline to take Magnifying Glass, + Inverter if blank + Handcuff + Knife. Then Knife again if you are certain that the next one is live
i feel like they should have the dealer slap your hand if you try to steal the adrenaline.

When i first time saw dealer using phone in some buckshot roulette, i though that you could call Hitman and Hitman will take one live from dealer.

Expired Medicine feels completely useless, its basically the suicide box. The way I would rework would be this:
Use after load. 2 damage taken.
If undamaged, gain 2 charges after load.
High risk, high reward, without entirety being dependent on RNG.
But the point of a roulette is to be RNG'd tho? Take risks and what not
@@PlatinumNathAlmost every other item in the game works to mitigate the RNG of the shotgun. Your items aren't meant to be their own smaller shotguns that can also shoot you, they should be strictly helpful.
I actually rather like it, if not only because of the interaction shown in the video where the Dealer can choose to steal the medicine, wasting his adrenaline and dealing damage to them.
@@PlatinumNath No, a roulette on top of a roulette is broken and unfair. I swear, 60% chance of damaging you, and 9/10 the dealer used it, it healed him, 9/10 I used it, it hurt me. Worthless item. The polarizer already makes things too complicated as it is.

if he had handcuffs he could but you can't go again after shooting the dealer even with a live round

I'm not enjoying the inverter. It turns the magnifier into guaranteed damage, and it usually makes it impossible to avoid damage since you're no longer safe when there are only blanks left. In fact, the inverter means that passing all blanks is worse than passing a random loadout! There have been plenty of times where I had to invert a live just so I could shoot it at myself and spend all the rounds because the dealer has saw + magnifier + inverter and will always win if he ever gets a turn.
Anyone who's better at the game have any advice.
They should add weed which blurrs out your items cuz ur high ofc and when using any item it gets randomized

The dealer dying to the pills ruins the horror aspect of the game for me. Watching him fall comedically to the ground ruins the atmosphere this game gives. Also the dealer smashing the “converter” ruin it too, but to a lesser degree
To be fair, this is only in endless mode, not the main story mode. The atmosphere can be tainted for what is realistically non-canon bonus content.

i wonder if experired medicine can kill??? like actually kill you or the dealer if it removes the final charge? or does the game have a failsafe built in?.. only have one charge left, pop a pill, and it fails. game over? or do you just keep the charge? i seen some games not kill you like this before.
