Love to see that Bazzite OS on this build.
Yup, Bazzite is great.
I like the form factor wife would approve in the living room
Men, we all have the same "problems" haha
Imagine letting a woman "approve" of your decisions lol
It really is beautiful.
@@Diogenes77 look she just decorates the room better than me enjoy being lonely
@@fl1ntlock1 seems like he struck a nerve lol
This is the form factor i need! Would go great in the living room!
I'm waiting for Mini PCs with the Strix Halo APUs to come out hoping they'll be affordable, so I can buy one for the lounge room.
Wait for the next gen after
Always
Just wait
For the next best things
@@mechanicalmonk2020 Yup I'm hoping that Mini PC prices will drop too that way I can upgrade my current mini PC which is a backup system should my main PC break down, and the other for the lounge room HTPC
Would have been nice to see how the cables connect to the system.
I love this case!
That does look quite sexy. Thanks for sharing
you said thermaltake, but it's thermalright. Otherwise, it looks like a nice build. thank you for sharing
wow, i want one lol looks great
I would love to see Bazzite on it. I am thinking about making a "console" PC sometime soon and Bazzite is definitely the OS I will be using.
Love this keyboard
My God! that is one sexy case. I really like the grey.
Lol at 2:47 I recognize that scepter screwdriver. Our shop used to use a lot of Pis for a contract. There was a time when we had hundreds of those things laying around.
My fractal node 202 is still my fave SFF case.
ETA: I think I can open 4 Chrome tabs
Chrome: So mutch ram, very hungry
Sir, I have a request.
I appreciate you doing a ton of content quickly. However, I have noted that this volume and speed comes with errors. Typos, narration mistakes, etc.
Please take more time and concentrate on quality. I hesitate to bring this up, but the Thermalright/Thermaltake mistake was quite jarring.
Thanks for all your time and work.
That is a nice case that might well pass the living room wife test.
amazing
Powerful!!
4:41 on that thang lol

tuah
All AMD build?
Automatic Like!
This case remember me from the silverstone fortress series, has the same idea of one cooler to push from below to top.
That's an amazing system, and it's almost like mine, but I have the 7900XTX with the 7950X.
The CPU is a bit of a hot boy, but as you showed if you give it a decent AIO cooler you can run it great.
That is a lot of power for an ITX. Crazy watts from that CPU. Even compared to Intel at the same fps.
I still think that FT03 Mini is the best sff case made to this date. It is smaller than Mood. Does not require a riser and can still fit mid to high tier PC components. On top of that, back then, they somehow managed to fit optical drive inside. I know it is not something super important nowadays, but for a HTPC it is a nice feature, if you have a lot of movies on DVDs, or you are using this as an emulation station.
Living Room PC? I still just need a new PC lol
a grey rectangle from the 90's.."Absolutely beautiful"
The valkyrie is my favorite car on FH5
It's like a $2000+ super powered series x
Fractal's always seemed awesome, and thermaltake's always seemed solid imho!
That's a good looking case!
This case looks so good, I do wonder how it handles heat long term. Current CPU's run hotter than high end GPUs at 100%
SHT case
we need the linux testing!!!
I really like the Mood, but the changes I think would help would be to do similar panels like the rear all around, and allow for a spine adjustment for better GPU support. Then I think it would be an excellent case!
4 Chrome tabs? Man that is a beast
I'd love to see what Linux gaming performance is like on this! :)
You said 2 3.5 drives and my old brain went straight to “2 floppy disk drives?”lol
What is the total cost for this pc build. This would add great perspective for DIYers
Per usual, some of the stuff he linked to is gone, but $2200-2600 depending on your components. Almost $1200 just for the CPU and GPU.
It looks like an Air purifier I loveit
Is this system cheaper than the ROG NUC with meteor lake you just previewed ?
What’s the wattage pull on the whole setup? 700w PSU feels borderline for 7900XT.
I like this one, I wonder if they have different colours?
You are not able to use the lan output from the mainboard right?
Fedora 40!
Would love a server variant of this case with 10 drive slots.
So basically a Xbox lol, love the fact that we could take advantage of so many hardware with pc
What was the ambient temps ?
Wow, that case looks very nice to build in. An all AMD build definitely deserves a Linux install, or perhaps HoloISO since you mentioned the living room. :0)
Im thingking to build a steammachine using this case. Can you show temps with an aircooler? Dont like AIOs every review has on so far :/
Does the msi b650i edge wifi now ship with different packaging? I remember last year MANY MANY people were complaining about dead cmos bsttery due to cmps button being pushed during shipment.
I got the may 2024 manufactured unit. There are cut outs on the IO side preventing accidental cmos reset. I had similar concerns and yet went for it as it was the only am5 board available in my country. So far so good.
@@KAlpha09 thanks. I was hesitant about buying it but now I definitely will buy it for a future itx build.
Not bad. Still ways to go compared with my 7950X3D / RTX4090 but good enough for emulation use.
I got a custom water loop in my Mood.
What’s the keyboard I the video
Can I ask to try the NCASE M2 please.....
thats a really nice case
Does ETA use wallpaper engine on all his builds?
Can you start commenting at the time of the recording how much it cost retail wise for your youtube builds?
Consoles may not be good for much but Xbox actually came up with a very appealing case design with the Series X.
I would like to see distro on it
@etaprime When are you going to show the designs of the Ukrainian modder custmod? They are really insane... I have one of their 4.5L boxes and it's just a blast
Just a heads up your video description says the GPU is a 7900 GRE and then it also says it has a RX 7900 XT lol
I don't know if you have a xbox series X but it would be helpful to see these side by side, just for size comparison.
to be honest I wouldn't spend all that just to play at 1440p. the case is much suited for a home theatre set-up sitting next to a capable oled TV at 4k120.
Yet that TV usually read 3840 × 2160 which means it's a 2k TV
I definitely want to see Linux run on that PC.
Bazzite seems perfect for this build.
fighting games are locked at 60fps -- Gameplay considerations: Some fighting games use frames to measure the duration of attacks, recovery times, and other gameplay elements. Locking the frame rate at 60 FPS ensures that these measurements remain consistent and predictable, making it easier for players to execute complex combos and strategies.
Just a quick note at 3:24 you say Thermaltake rather than Thermalright
Was it Thermaltake or Thermalright?
How about the ports how du you install wifi antena of this case come on ports show
that lucy wallpaper?
How much did it cost?
It's kind of hot at IDLE, don't you think?
That card is NOT a cut down xtx. The gre is a slightly faster 7800xt, but still gets decimated by the 7900xt. It is no where near the performance of an xtx
Someone will definitely be able to get a better setup with temps and sound as well.
MK1 is locked to 60fps. Most fighting games have the gameplay tied to frame rate. It is the same with Street Figther 6.
would be fun to see this outfitted as a mid/budget build since its a glorified livingroom gaming media pc
Series X v2
It looks like a series X
It's the Xbox Pro X 😊.
I hate the lack of motherboard options in this form factor especially AMD ones. Moreover they're more expensive.
This is a case for mod range specs at most e.g rtx 4060
Just a little PSA about using it in Living Room and on Linux, if you gonna use it on a TV that has HDMI 2.1, don't be dissapointed, AMD doesn't work properly on HDMI2.1 and will fallback to HDMI2.0 meaning that you won't get Full RGB out of your OLED TV meaning you'll loose those OLED blacks, and VRR will be messed up
I have the Exact Same GPU running Steel Nomad @ 1440p with a 12600k I get 4756 , I would assume an AMD 7950X would be faster than my setup
Synthetics can sometimes favor certain hardware over others. For instance, I oc'ed an asrock challenger 7900 GRE connected via oculink to a 7940HS that scored 4925. He also may not have SAM enabled, or perhaps you're running your card a bit faster than he is? (his clock speeds/power looked fairly low)
@@ahilker1 Possibly but i dont overclock, all my stuff is running at stock.
Yeah, please do a Linux build. Not sure I've seen you do an Ubuntu 24.04 build yet.
Wanna see linux on it. Steam Distros specially.
You should have used bazzite os
4070 super or r x 7900 gre
Baaaaazzziiiite
its impossible to play mw3 with frame gen maybe for singleplayer games but should have included test with frame gen off
Linux would be in deed interesting.
does a 4090 fit in this?
You’d need to go with a water cooled model like the Suprim Liquid X and even then it may or may not fit depending on cooler dimensions and hosing… plus you’d need to use an air cooler for the CPU. And then find a PSU small enough and powerful enough.
Linux / Bazzite plz ❤
my dream machine my broke ass wont ever be able to afford 😍😵
this is basically a windows Series X with 96GB RAM, is it really worth building this for the living room rather than just getting a console? I doubt the overall cost will make this setup worthwhile, usually these modular setups tend to get expensive and wives are cultured enough to understand a man needs his living room gaming setup nowadays. Plus, cloud gaming, game streaming to save even more costs are all viable options too.
This is an overkill but you can build something more cheaper for a living room
@@reiniermoreno1653 ah I see, thanks for the tip brother, appreciated.
@@OverdosedCaffeine if you want to build it yourself I recommend you to watch videos about micro ATX builds, ATX are too big and ITX builds are too expensive
@@reiniermoreno1653 most informative, thank you my dude. I'm not sure if I'll go modular exactly but videos like this really motivate me to go for one.
looks like a sexier xbox series x. kinda like it.
I think I'm gonna build that one >:D
Эра настольных пк подходит к концу. ПК в мониторе. Это будущее
PC in cloud more like
Run Bazzite on this
put ubuntu studio on there
0:30 what in the world on going on?
Those temps are horrible. That mesh provides very little airflow, you can get much better SFF cases, from the same company no less! Nice review though.
Hey
They are sponsored
Yeah... He should test it without the cover.
Why are they horrible? a stock 7950X is one of the worst CPUs possible for this kind of build, in Horizon it's using over 140W which is a lot. And the GPU seems cool.
If he showed the temps it's fine. You could build a more power efficient pc on this.
@@cheese186 horizon is woke and has lezbos though
