Between the two I would go for the DeLonghi La Specialista Evo! Now it comes with a cold brew option so that's even better! One thing that isn't addressed by other reviewers is whether or not the La Specialista comes with a 3-way solenoid valve. Judging by the residual drips, I don't think it does.
Also...
Your content has improved over the year. Though the other videos are fun and entertaining to watch, as a potential customer that may spend $500+ at your store, it's important that you portray yourselves as knowledgable, professional inviduals whose advice I can trust. Also, by providing videos properly demonstrating how to use the machine, I may reference it later.
