Quick question since you mention goals. I notice in a lot of ur vids you workout right in the morning and that's a daily habit. When setting goals for personal life things like that, is your goal focused on eventually reaching a certain milestone (ex. being able to run a certain number of miles within a certain time or lifting a certain amount of weight), or are your goals more about making something a habit (ex. working out for an hour every day)? And do you think setting goals in one of these two ways is better than the other?
Milind, from my perspective, it seems he’s made a habit of working out because he values his health, while also pursuing growth in development, physically and mentally. Not necessarily trying to reach a milestone. No approach is necessarily better than the other, in my opinion, it really boils down to what your desired outcome is, and therefore you can decide on how you want to approach. I know the question wasn’t directed at me, but I really hope this helps, if anything.
Everyone keep telling me what to do but no one says HOW. How do you start? Not everyone has same privileges to get to good universities, or access to gym, or even social battery. Good for you for able to make it but not everyone has the same material you have.
This guy doesn't seem real.. Where are all his posts from the last year? Was he controversial and deleted a lot after Charlie showed him today???? I don't trust him. And wher he get the money for Thailand? And scuba school for 3 days is not certifiable in the US.
This is literally such a good explanation on how I want to Structure my life... I've never been able to put it into words
"I've never been able to put it into words" yet it's so obvious to most people.... sounded like a lot of yapping to me saying basic shit
