How the heck does this not have more views? I'm a new viewer and am a fan of Somebody feed Phil. I sought out your pod after I saw you on Howie Mandels podcast and I have to say this has to be one of my favorite podcast episodes out of all the other podcasts and comedian podcast episodes I've seen. The back and forth was just amazing and you both connect and are so funny together. This was really just so enjoyable to watch, thank you for sharing this wonderful conversation you both had.
I loved Phil (and Somebody Feed Phil….which I watch over and over and over again) before this interview but now I’m REALLY REALLY IN LOVE with him. What a phenomenal human being he is…and his messages about how to live life should be tattooed on EVERY person’s forearm. I’ll probably watch this video a hundred times just to be reminded about EVERYTHING he says….and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Bytheby….Pete you are spectacular as well. Just started watching your RUclips videos and will continue to do so…they’re GREAT! Have to run now to get both of your messages tattooed on my forearm…might need both forearms, come to think of it 🤪! Thank you for this wonderful video….I feel more ALIVE even as I write this.
10:18 That’s La Mezzetta in Buenos Aires and their fugazzeta is loaded with cheese, but yeah, their napkins are more for holding the pizza than for cleaning your hands 😂 you can always ask for plate and cutlery
My dream is to meet Phil and his lovely wife. They are two of the finest.humans. And he is right about Buenos Aires pizza, I know because I I still have a home there.I have seen the entire Raymond show three times. AND SOMEBODY FEED PHIL SHOULD BE 20 episodes every year, they are just wonderful.
Love Phil. Love his authentic positivity ... But travel is a luxury for the rich. Full stop ... Do you know how many downwardly mobile, intelligent, funny, authentically positive proles would love to taste the world? (Answer: at least 49 of them.)
Right… Phil seems like a pleasant and positive guy, but he’s deep inside his bubble. I thought from watching his show that he seemed very accustomed to wealth and luxury, and he’s only confirmed it. Good for him, but unfortunately a lot of his advice doesn’t apply to regular people.
Non-liberal take on going for walks and experiencing the little decencies... its not so much "we, not I" experience but a reminder what civil and intentional participation maintains and the traditional/objective values that it sustains. Also, an America transcendentalist philosopher Ralph Emerson talked about decompression and aid that going into nature had. He described it as being an immoral act to those that you love and that love you, to be continually and overly committed to causes/religion/(even)philosophy since they would never get to meet and see the real you.
My favorite part of this podcast has always been the wrap-up questions, and these review reads really kill the momentum. Some people like Gareth Reynolds rolled with it pretty well (despite how difficult it is to follow "thanks for getting me through my father's hospice"), but I really cringed at some of the others. I know it's a necessary part of every podcast, but it would really fit better in the ad reads or the intro.

Phil said he wants to buy everyone a toto toilet... where do I sign up for mine ha ha 😎
Love ya Pete, but Pittsburgh is 5+ hours outside of Philly. Regardless, look forward to that show that I’ll be driving 5 hours to see.
Oh boy I hope they have a competitive “nice off” at some point during the show.
10 minutes in and I’ve had enough Pete Holmes
Solid.
point of disagreement - I paid off my mortgage when I had enough ready to cash to do so. Some folks do it.

Old man Rosenthal out for his kinky midnight chain walk!
Petey Wit The Long Hair 👌🏽👌🏽
Best part of this ep was the peak experience with the Palestinian lady. The second best part was “Somebody Fold Phil”. 😂

Bruh, I can't with the eating and lip smacking.
I am hanging on by a thread at 10:46 with all of the eating and lip smacking sounds. Love Phil though. Trying to hang tough.
Too many podcasts
Eating on a podcast 🤦🏽♂️
