It'd be quite awkward seeing a fully grown up version of your daughter in a Spiderman costume while you're carrying your daughter. Tho seeing a variant of you that's still a baby actually sounds cool imp.

You know in the film it must be pretty awkward for Peter to be talking to Gwen because he’s from the main timeline which means Gwen Stacy died in his arms so to be talking with someone you saw die has to be pretty awkward But also vice versa because In gwens timeline Peter died so yeah think about that
I think a big difference is the age. Peter looks like a homeless adult when Gwen remembers him as a geek teenager with glasses. Meanwhile on Peter's side, Gwen must look a bit different due to the hair. Not to mention unlike Gwen, Peter has been Spider Man for years. He probably moved on a long time ago.
I don’t think Gwen existed in his universe, as he doesn’t seem to recognize the name when she first introduces herself to him and Miles. It still must be super awkward for Gwen though.
