In his interview with Yee he said he's been celibate for 3 1/2 yrs and the video has been 3 1/2 yrs ago, so it could be possible he talking about Jada in this song. Once you have a experienced a certain type of intimacy with someone on that level its extremely hard to move on to someone else. Especially, when you have evolved into truly Loving and Respecting someone/people - you don't want to mistreat or abuse anyone going forward in your life.
