- Hello once again from the channel my friend, So today I bring you guys on this amazing drone's world experience, In this video i have put the main character of this video which is the mighty Dji Mini 3 Pro to a difficult test on a long range, I sent the Dji Mini 3 Pro almost 10 KM away towards the mountains that lied in front of me, The drone functioned very well and but it was the Emergency Landing where the Dji Mini 3 Pro truly showed itself the capabilities and the amount of work that Dji has put into the emergency landing of this drone is simply amazing and unmatched, "It killed it on the emergency landing" I would say this!
I found my drone very quickly and easily thanks to the Dji Fly app support which gives you exact last location of the drone in the "find my drone" option.
You just need to be careful in situations like these to find a good spot for the drone and don't panic and you will be good.

That was incredible! Nearly 10km. You were very brave to let your drone go so far away, but it's a testimony to the superb technology of DJI that it landed safely and you could find it so easily. Beautiful scenery too.

That is some mad range test my friend loved it the little thing is a beast but it made me laugh it made it to the ground with no damage and the you trying to get the battery out and rubbing the camera into the rocks lol definitely look forward to some more videos new subscriber here 😁👍👌🇬🇧

Range tests are cool, but how far it can go depends on where you are. Consider yourself lucky and don't do that anymore. LOL The M3P is a great drone.

It's good to see you push the drone to the upper limits of its performance capability so we can see how it's performs.
One thing to consider if doing another range test is if you are forced to land but still far away you might lose reception as you drop altitude. Maybe consider moving the camera straight down and pick a good landing site before you lose altitude, that way if you lose signal you know it will drop strait down into a safe area.
Absolutely right brother, I was well aware of that but not just at that time of landing when ( Dji Mini 3 Pro was on low battery ) my mind was elsewhere when i was low the point where i just lost the signal the losing reception signal clicked in my mind and I thought now it’s too late luckily everything was perfect at the end of the test.

Yes, the wind slowed everything and ate a lot of juice from the battery on the way back
Nicely done. Just curious, what is the altitude limit where you’re flying? I fly in the US and so far I’ve been able to go around 800m away in a residential area limited to 120m altitude. There is a river nearby where I’ll try a range test. Cheers.
I am thinking of pausing this range tests now for a moment it’s not worth the risk, the altitude limit is 500m here, Glad you enjoyed the video friend.
Very nice! Seems like there was too much head wind on the way back? Drone was flying at 7 m/s at some points.
That could be one of the most prominent reason but if I remember correctly there wasn’t much wind during that sunset but as you pointed out the low speed indicates either cross wind or when it’s extremely low battery
My Mini 3 will not fly past about 10,000 feet before losing signal in in a rural area in FCC mode. Don't know how you and many others are getting the distance you are getting. Nice flight!
It may be because you’re using it in a location that has some obstructions or may be the system is tracking it and to avoid any problems they restrict it to some distance but that is least possible case & Thanks for the like

Hello Kuya & Yes this is screen recording on Iphone 14 Pro’s also the mic used is the native mic of the Iphone 14 Pro’s
I think rth is the reason why the battery decrease fast.
That could be but i think there were also low signals strength at some points like the controller and the drone were searching nonstop for the signals which for sure gonna eat battery more like when take for example the low wifi signals on the phone, The phone searches more to absorb the full signals but it’s barely reachable so it’s trying again and again which can cause battery drain fast

Hello brother Haroon, You can either buy the Extended Battery Kit for 63000 Pkr, Which has 2 batteries and charging dock and carry bag or you can opt for single plus battery for 92 USD from Dji Store

No, I don’t use any external antennas, It’s just about location and pointing the controller in the drone direction always.
There is no guarantee that you will not crashed your drone by making a forced landing. You wer lucky this time.

Changing the propellers for the first time sucks. I stripped all of out but 1. And I bought a screw driver made for them. I didn't use that junk one that comes with the drone. I had to cut the propellers off then use a par of pliers to get the lock tighted screws out b
Changing the props are very easy my friend? I did once changed the props after in this video

You just need to figure out which propeller it is there are A & B for each cross section
Strange, the mini 3 pro is supposed to calculate have much battery is needed for rth and initiate the rth at that point as to avoid a emergency landing. Obviously didn’t work on your drone unless you cancelled the RTH
Yes, I was confused too I tried to let it do it by itself by then the battery was low so i decided to fly it back myself
It was cancelled. You can see at 7:43 there's a quick flash on the screen where the drone attempted to come back with 61% battery remaining.

ohhh.. putting the drone camera first into the dirt was painfull to watch.. please dont do that.. also.. scratched propellers isnt good.. they probably wont break, but aerodynamically they are noisy
They are perfectly fine my friend they work normally there were some grass on the ground which made the sound at the time of taking off but once it lifted off the ground you don’t hear it anymore, I take your good words with me my friend :)
@@FarhaanManan i didnt mean noisy in the sound way.. they are dirty.. regarding to airflow.. it might have your drone vibrate a bit more when flying and have your camera gimbal work a bit more..
