i just started my journey and im taking it the slow way....I have a nutritionist and she showed me the way to do it best is whole foods and exercise....I started at 226 and now im 212 and although I feel like I have plateaued a little it’s actually working its just slower process than using fat burners and screwing around with crash diets....
@@Theycallmekenney this is genuinely the best way to go, congrats on the amazing progress so far!!! Crash diets usually give us the temporary results and set us back even further so I’m glad to see you’re only moving forward!! The plateaus are also an indicator that you’ve reached a new level! keep going, you got this in the bag 💪💪🙌

Yes. I drank water and protein shakes all day. Then I crashed out late last night on pbj sandwiches. Undid everything 😢
