do well to divide or add depending on the quantity you making… but this below is the standard measurement I used.
*3 CUPS PEANUTS
*1/2 & 1/4 cups SUGAR
*3 SMALL EGGS
*1/4 cup MILK FLAVOR
*1TSP VANILA EXTRACT (or any flavor of chioce)
*1/2TSP SALT
3 CUPS FLOUR (all purpose)

Good morning ma, I've tried doing my own peanut,when i was done mixing it they were joining together, please how can i separate it,or how can i make it not to join together, and please is salt among the requirements?
If you watched this video, u will see that I faced same struggle… just make sure to shake very well when adding the flour, and separate immediately if any stick
But also use little wet ingredient at a time.

@temilayoAndmum i try using the raw groundnut but it not properly done inside, and i fry on medium heat o. It even turning dark brown, what can i do ?

It not meant to be that way, u can dry with your oven instead of sunlight

I tried making coated peanut, these are the issues I face.
1. It was brown from the frying.
2. Don't get neat the round shape.
3. Sourgy even after the groundnut is dried after bleaching in hot water.
Please what is the cause and solution.

Ma y not fry it im scared ive been doing this method but its not always crunchy its will coat but when u eat it ,it taste raw and not crunchy
You have to fry on low to medium heat, that will allow the peanut stay longer in the heat and the groundnut will cook well, follow the process
