- INGREDIENTS
3 cups of peanut (Ground not)
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 table spoon of milk flavor
1/2 table spoon of nutmeg, sugar, salt and
vanilla essence
1 egg
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
2 table spoon of salt to soak your ground nut
Hot water to soak your ground nut
vegetables oil for frying.
PROCEDURE
pick all the dirty and broken ones out, pour it in a bowl add salt and hot water set it aside for 15mins after that sieve it out and dry it.
pour all the powered ingredients together and mix
pour your half cup of sugar, add vanilla essence, egg and water mix it together
pour some peanut in a bowl add the sugar,egg,water mixture 2spoons then add some flour then you start shaking it to coat.
Repeat this👆4 to 5 times and you will have a perfect peanut bugger.
for smaller production reduce the ingredients and for bigger production increase the ingredients

Yes you will pick out the dirt inside before you proceed

Sorry about that, some of the things that can cause bubble are* used oil, excess flour on the peanut & stirring it immediately you put it on the fire
