INGREDIENTS
8 cups peanut
7 cups flour
1/2 cup powder milk flavour
1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
250ml water
1 teaspoon salt added to the sugar
Enough salt to soak your peanut
Vegetable oil enough for frying

I made this yesterday after watching your video my intentions were to use eggs but after watching you leave video I wanted to finally settle the doubt I split my groundnut I’m 2 batches used eggs for one and water for the other and they looked and tasted exactly the same just a little difference with the one with eggs it was a little softer but trust me not much difference if I didn’t even compare the both I wouldn’t have observed the slight difference,thanks for this now I can stop using eggs in peace when I don’t have eggs

Thank you for sharing this knowledge with us. I tried it and my groundnut tastes raw. I followed the recipe and made see I fried on medium heat but the groundnut tastes raw. Mind you, I was not in a hurry to take them out of the oil, each batch stayed in the hot oil for minutes. Thank you once again

I followed your recipe and it came out so crunchy and sweet. I'd been using that of egg but I must say your recipe is easier to coat than that of egg that easily gets sticky.

Pls my peanut is soft after frying and and air drying to cool. Tried several times same. What I'm I doing wrong. Not crunchy at all
@@God.s_favourite I think you didn't fry long enough, make sure it's golden brown b4 removing from the fire... Also let the groundnut dry well,if not it will be soft

Great job dear. Did you pour boiling water on the peanut or just hot water?, After soaking the panut in salt water for 30 mins, did you use fresh water to rinse it?

Please I want to confirm something @Adasrecipe so the peanut tough peanut chaff won't be removed right? Because am confused so said we can use already fry peanut is it the one unpeeled or peeled peanut
