I don't put preservative in mine when is in an airtight container you are good to go. Mine last for 3 to 4 week and as you are just starting do it little by little to know your customers first. Good luck Thank you
To me yes because it serve two advantage to the peanut. 1: it pre cooked the grand nut 2: it get rid of the dirty But can as well do it without the hot water

If you follow this recipe it should be crunchy and always put ur peanut in an airtight container immediately it cool down don't leave it out for long.
