A little thing, but at 12:00, Mahomes slips around Morris but still knows Crosby is probably behind him. Pat doesn't rear back to throw, instead he keeps the ball in front of him on the throw, to prevent his pursuer from causing a fumble.

Chase I like these plays you explain. It’s helping me learn football and understand why Mahomes is so great. I wish others would recognize that as well. They think you have to make flashy plays to be great. Too much emphasis on stats. The commentators need to understand the team focus is on the goal which is Super Bowl. The team makes mistakes, but the players are smart and they figure it out and it may not always be pretty. The GM does a really good job recruiting really smart ballers as well as leaders. Great culture. I enjoy you on the show The Facility as well. Joe Barrows has good stats but the team, not so hot. Probably no Super Bowl.

That throw to 87 at 5:33 is wild to see from that perspective. I’m sure other qbs do this but seeing Mahomes throw the ball to the inside of 87!to allow him space up field to run as opposed to throwing it outs wide and having him catch and then get hit immediately. It’s not just Mahomes… my defense is the best in football and we use guys right. Example: Kareem will pound your defense until he has sapped their energy, their confidence, their clock, and their will… if your defense needs help and you stack the box that’s when Mahomes tosses it passed all them boys trying to stop the run. Imagine when Pacheco is back… you know you got to double Kelce and Hopkins and this leaves Worthy and JuJu or Mecole all alone out there😎 basically what I’m saying is I’m living in my childhood fantasy… in the 70s we just got beat up and bloody but never won. Now my guys just keep finding ways to win.

  • @craigcampbell8560

DeHop running the route wrong at roughly 9:00 is perfectly understandable considering he had only been with the team for a few days at that point. He's a very smart player who WILL get on the same page with Mahomes pretty quickly. That said, the two worst things you can do against the Chiefs as a defense is run zone, or blitz Mahomes. They will just pick you apart because their offense is designed to defeat both.

I HATE the Denver Doncos so I hope I am wrong but Sean Peyton has got them playing really really well. Peyton is a hell of a coach... We'll see what happens..... Watching you point out 74's stance at 16:35, I think it might be to help keep him from moving backwards early, since he was the most penalized player in the league last year for that. I think Patrick Mahomes is pretty close to unstoppable unless you get a sack or something on him. The only other thing that stops him other than a sack is stupid penalties that shouldn’t happen especially illegal formations. He played with much more confidence and command against the Raiders. He’ll be ready to play his best ball 🏈 when it’s required of him. He’s not bailing to early from secure pockets like he did earlier in his career, he trusts his O line more to do their job because of the interior 3.

If you want to really break out and increase your numbers you cant sound like a coke addict from the 90s every 5 seconds.
Better mic placement and or buy new mic, finally use editing tools but thats a hassle.
