in my case i need to upgrade windows 10 first and later on i upgrade again to windows 11. This way my activation code will activated otherwise windows 11 will have message something like your Activation Key cannot be found in your account

Its little funny, beacuse Win 7/8/8.1 doesn't support Intel 8th gen and higher or zen 2 ... Its possible with virtual machine, but not with real device due to their restrictions ... (can be changed by registry ...). But Iam still using and keep using win 8.1 Pro on my laptop beacuse its bettest system by MS ever ...

As a heads-up, Ryzen 9 3k runs perfectly fine on Win 8.1 - even better than on Win 11 in fact, if reports are to be believed. You only have to convince Windows to stop nagging about "unsupported hardware".
