Excellent job. Would be thankful if your news channel can also cover panipuri , chana motor, chow momo and such street vendors. There are lots who doesn't maintain or unaware of basic cleanliness. Eg... Serving food on printed newspaper or preparing food with dirty hands( the ink is considered toxic as dish soap. consuming ink printed on the newspaper is prone to affect kidney).I see many kids eating such food unconscious of hygiene. Need to educate those vendors and people around.

It's nice to look at the array of bakery stuffs neatly displayed inside the store, but it's a completely different experience once you take a look at their manufacturing unit and the disgustingly unhygienic conditions.sweats dripping from the workers into doughs, dirty and old machineries and tools, poorly paid non-local workers who have no qualms about unethical practices and cleanliness(and why should they), cramped and unsanitary living and work spaces, etc. And that is where our favourite morning bread is probably coming from.yummy.

Please Note : Whenever you go to bakery or shop to purchase any bread items or foods check the label you will see the FSSAI certified number of the company printed on the label of the food and just incase if you don't see any fssai number there, then you know what to do, I'm not advising to do this on every purchase you make but yes atleast some products so that you are aware the things you are buying now is authentic and certified by the fssai! Since we as a citizen we can't just go to their factories and raid on them so this is the easiest way to assured yourself when you are buying this sorts of products! And kindly avoid cream roll and avoid such items which are sold in a glass jar in an open pieces because most of them already containminated and might even make you sick or will harm your health in different ways! You might not see the affect now but later this will bring different sorts of complication to your body! And Thank You Hornbill Tv for this remarkable presentation and providing us with facts ❤
