Might be a hairline crack in cylinder wall. You can check for cylinder head and top of cylinder jug flatness with straight edge and feeler gauge

The cylinder is brand new, for the head i used sharpie and fine sand paper to see if i could find any cracks or imperfections on the surface. For cheap its worth getting a resurface and that should do it, if worst comes to worst it needs a new head but i think it'll be fine

how does it turn out ? was it the proplem , i think i may have the same issue with my 2008 . oil in the head vent and consuming coolant . i am about to open it up .

Turns out that the head surface was uneven and the resurface helped seal the head gasket so yeah it was the problem.

Have you taken the water pump apart and checked the gasket that goes around the impeller shaft? If that is bad that would allow water in the oil, just a thought 🤘

Yea i did, i actually put the whole engine together. And after getting the head re surfaced it was fine

@@motorcore_usa So after resurfacing did you have any problems with clearances or anything fitting back together? because I am having the exact same issue with mine right now. I did have a bad water pump gasket, fixed that, but I’m on my second head gasket and can’t figure out what is going on. So now I’m thinking I need to resurface it next 🤷🏼‍♂️
