I would aswell as the amount of times i've been over charged for stuff and not gone back or once an £18 joseph toilet brush holder went through twice on my Sainsburys receipt and i did'nt realise till months later eek! :(
Be careful with the werthers as they can have a laxative effect. A couple will be ok, but I got carried away and ate about 6 in an afternoon - then exploded!

I went to home bargains yesterday and noticed it has all gone up, a few pence here and few there. Also they changed the whole shop around so that was confusing for a start. Still had a lovely time there, but also had to restrain myself.

Costs £2 in Wilco so bought some and I was amazed as it cleans oven with no effort and before buying was thinking of getting somebody in. Now its all clean try this stuff and keep on top of it. It will save you money in the long run and its got a peppermint fragrance. Its in a green tub xx

Hi Carla, Canadians celebrate Halloween with trick or treating, costumes and partying. Kids always look forward to wearing their costumes to school and having a fun day of activities too. A lot of people go all out decorating the outside of their homes and there are a lot of haunted houses to tour. 👍

I use OvenClean professional oven cleaners to clean my oven £70 too, well worth every penny, my oven looks sparkling after, I can never get the glass door gleaming like they can. Plus i am a lazy cow 😂 and yea home bargains seems to have gone up too.
Home Bargains and Poundland have both crept up their prices! However .HB`s still do the best value ,and quality for Kitchen Roll ,and cleaning products ,so i`ll always hold off and choose one or the other.The supermarket prices are crazy! No wonder we all love the charity shop deals and places like Hb and Poundland.Have a great weekend.x
There are some things we just don't buy anymore, we make do or do without. I really think now before I buy anything. Prices are supposed to go up again by 20 percent and get outrageous next year. Yes, beans will go up to, there have been many droughts and the plants are dying in the fields. The mississippi river is down so low you can almost walk across it. France is in a drought and they have had fires. I back stored some foods for emergencies, with the price of heating going up, it's going to take most of our money this winter to keep the house warm. The economy is supposed to tank next year, with everything going on I'm trying to at least somewhat prepare. We are having trouble finding cat food, if I were you I'd back stock extra dog food. The prices are really supposed to get higher on that. The thing that gets me is why? What are they doing with the meat that used to just be left over scraps they used to put in dog and cat food?
You do make me laugh Carla. I buy the oven liners...then I wrap one entirely in foil ( like a flat parcel!) and use it like that..when it gets too manky I peel off the foil and re wrap it in a fresh piece of foil. Lasts ages.

The rising prices is a global issue - things have gone up here in Canada as well, lots of shrink flation too. Less product for the same amount or more money, infuriates me!

It seems that the manufacturers are always putting the prices up or reducing the size and weight of their products. I guess we will just have to grin and bare it. You can buy replacement sponges for the dishmatic though.... So still not single use... You buy the sponges separately to replace don't you. Id keep the fabric softener to make you feel better about the price of the tray!

The gonk is so cute, it’s the jelly cats and squish mallows which are so cute too. Tesco had some salted Carmel / white chocolate with raspberry / strawberry etc 99p per box of 5 bars.

i use the oven cleaning kit comes in a orange box for my shelves you just put them in the bag with the liquiid but i dont use the liquid on the inside of the oven its far too messy xxjulsxx

Good haul. Things have gone up a lot. I was in Tesco today and the fruit and veg aisle was very sparse.
