Carla, Bolands the Irish biscuit company make those biscuits. Jam mallows they are called now, they used to be known as Mikado biscuits. My sisters and I used to call them hospital scars when we were children.🙂

Hi Carla, dried apricots might be good for your mum. Please keep an eye on her - my poor mum had the same issues from medication, she ended up in hospital with a massive impaction and a tube up her nose pumping laxatives into her stomach. It worked and she spent 2 days s******g herself inside out poor thing! Also make sure your mum drinks lots of water xx

my friend (and neighbour) and i often go to Home bargains.We both have a list.....usually of cleaning products we`ve run out of ,and ,yep ,always end up buying all sorts of bargains!! :) Those lentil chips i love!! I must say the sour cream and onion flavour are slightly nicer ,depends on your taste though.Our other variety are sweet chilli. I DO remember those biscuits ,though can`t recall for the life of me the name of them!LOL Thanks for sharing your haul ,i love having a noseu at what others can`t resist!:) Take care ,have a lovely week...it`s meant to be cooler ,so they keep telling us.Xxx

Hi Carla The Kimberly Mikado Sue mentioned I think we're made by an Irish company called Bowlands. We can get them at the Irish Centre here in Liverpool. Reminiscent of my childhood in Ireland We always enjoyed seeing the Bowlands truck 🚚 on the road. Not much traffic in the 1950s back then!

Be careful with that carpet foam and the dogs. I used it and my dog had awful reaction to it. Had to take him to vets for a anti inflammatory and histamine injection. He was very unwell. Not saying your dogs will react but mine did and it ended up costing me £180 in vet fees. It would have been cheaper to have professional cleaner in lol xx

The pumice sponge is not bad. The bits fall off after a few uses but worth the money.

I got some Elmers glue sticks - 59p, stickers and a bag - 15p (30p in Tesco). Huggies babies wipes are better and cheaper.
I find the HUggies wipes are too dry
