Try the ginger shampoo from the body shop this is my go to recommendation as a hairdresser for your scalp a lot of the medicated shampoos strip your scalp making you depend on them the ginger shampoo is healing so would work within a month - it’s amazing❤❤

Chewing gum is actually very good for your teeth as long as it’s sugar free. It helps to remove food debris and help us to produce more saliva which then neutralises the ph balance in your mouth which helps to prevent cavities. I’m a dental nurse 😊 x

I was addicted to sugar free gum a couple of years ago and can't even explain how sensitive my teeth became, I couldn't even drink a cold drink without being in pain. I quit the gum and now my teeth are fine, I don't have a problem with anything cold anymore, including ice cream.
Get the elf brow lift and the brush that they sell with it! Ive found its best to use that (and any other brow glues) brushing backwards, then brush the hairs downwards and then push them up. Makes such a differece

Omg try Waken mouthwash!! I love it and the bottles are sooo cute, they have a strawberry and mint, lemon and mint and normal mint. I also use a mouth wash for dry mouths which is so nice too!! Like moisturiser for your mouth 😂

Spray plaster is great for those who can’t tolerate plasters my 5 year old autistic granddaughter can’t, so this is great wouldn’t say it’s the best but helps the healing ❤️🩹 process a little xx
The provoke range drys your hair out so bad its the worst purple shampoo! You wanna go for bleach london or lee stafford plus those brands are cruelty free! X

No it’s still around I just don’t promote it as much, because with traveling I don’t want to get an unbearable amount of orders. Therefore I like how many it gets without the constant promotions! I’m very lucky!
