What should I do with this layout? - READ DESCRIPTION

I have run out of ideas for decoration on this layout, please post any (reasonable) ideas for me to try. I will do my best to do the best idea(s) y'all come up with. Any ideas used will have a significant place in level credits.
I will be doing mixed decoration where different parts have different themes, because the level's name is going to be "Chaotic"
Parts taken (by other sources and ideas I have found):
1:09-1:31 is going to be rainbow flashing colors every few frames and the blocks will be black and white flashes (started on decoration) - I came up with this idea
1:31-1:36 is going to be every style we come up with flashed every beat, like the end of "Rage Quit" by Bli - I came up with this idea
0:23-0:34 is going to be a nuclear wasteland (started on decoration) - credit to ‪@ClickBrickCreations‬ for the idea
0:34-0:45 is going to be like Nullscapes by ItzKiba, verified by Zoink, but the colors are different - credit to pl5c7 on GD for the idea
