we, in Palestine, never considered it vegan or anything trendy: just Mjaddara. eat it with lamp, yoghurt, salad>> many things fits it. thank Rouba for the delicious recipe.

Please take this as constructive feedback, too much black, blank stove, black pans, black back plash, and the lighting is poor, also the camera man/woman is way too wobbly. 😊❤ I love this dish. It made me happy watching you make it and enjoy it. Sahten.

no I didn't. i used basmati rice
Do red lintels taste different from brown or green? Can a different color be used without altering the flavors?
Yes they definitely can alter the flavour.

The color isn't an issue. They just need more light and a tripod
The one benefit of the dark tones in the video, is that your green top stands out! My wife commented on the lovely colour!@@RoubasFoodJourney
