Hello :)
Whenever I buy cream cheese, I buy 1kg each. It's a shame that cream cheese gets moldy quickly.
So it's better to use it quickly.
So I brought a home baking recipe where you can use cream cheese.😁
Perhaps because of cream cheese, it is softer and more flavorful than castella. 😋
It's easy to make, so I think I'll make it often. 😆

Cream cheese pound cake recipe 👇🏻
Size of the cake mold used: 20x8x6
Ingredients: Cream cheese, butter, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract.
💡 Take out cream cheese, butter, and eggs at room temperature in advance.
1. Put 120g of cream cheese in a bowl and mix well with a silicone spatula or whipper.
2. Add 170g of salt-free butter, mix well, add 200g of sugar, and mix well.
3. Put three eggs into the dough and mix them quickly and well so that the eggs do not separate by dividing them into four to five times. (At this time, it is recommended to use a whipping machine.)
4. Sieve 200g of flour, 5g of baking powder, and 3g of salt at once.
5. Mix gently as if cutting with a spatula until white powder is not visible.
6. Apply melted butter to the mold of the pound cake.
7. Pour the dough and raise both ends with a spatula.
8. Make cuts in the middle.
9. Bake in an oven preheated at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
(Poke it with a skewer and bake it more if the batter gets on it.)
10. Remove it directly from the cake mold and cool it off the cooling net.
