she's one of those artists whose recordings don't always translate directly to live performance. I think she likes to alter some of her pieces slightly to adapt them to a concert atmosphere
Also, throughout interviews you’ll hear her talking about constantly playing with tracks and albums, saying “okay i decided this is final, I won’t mess with this anymore.” So I think the differences also have to do with her trying something new, or showing us a previous version of the song.
This the song that I can listen over and over, without getting bored! It is rhythmically so rich!Thank you Grimes!

Ever since Art Angels let me down... I'm in love with the amount of brilliant B-sides and reduxes available on the tube!
Dakota Lustick art angels was the biggest let down of my life. it's such a shame. she had so much potential

You're entitled to your own opinion, but just let me tell you that the production on Art Angels is much more complex than on any of her previous albums, AA is an album she made while learning how to produce and to use Ableton and if you listening to all her discography you can literally hear her sonic growth, she went from rookie using a sampler and messing around on her keyboard to an ace at producing bangers but still maintaining the sound that made her essence.
i fully respect your opinions on not liking Art Angels, but i think it's just claire finding her personal cohesive style, all of her other stuff is nothing like eachother since she played with so many different sounds and beats, but art angels feels like a full piece rather than her other albums which feel like compilations of tracks rather than albums! i love all her albums, it's been nice seeing her grow into herself

This version is if possible even better than the original one!
I kinda like the old version better ... It has more of that playfulness that she brings to her songs, and I like those choiry(is that even a word?) gentle female voices that are so well composed into a song ... This version lost that, and it sounds, to me at least, like it's on repeat. But that is just my opinion. Love her work :)
Oh and she didn't shave her eyebrows - she just BLEACHED them :D
