    Would love to see how bright the glow in the dark stones are at night. What a clever idea to use them on your handmade pavers. So cute!

    What you call a Pail, we call a bucket, we also add sand to the mix and /or small stone for a more hardened finish, also steel wire for extra durability 👍🏻🇬🇧

      Correct . I think that stones are going to be slippery specially when wet.

    The trick to putting in the stones first is that they ensure those items will be level and not pop up too much making stepping on the actual stone awkward but the only thing that you missed was the last step in that process and that is to take a round wire brush attachment on the drill and polish the concrete surface and that would have exposed your stones. You can still do this to your stones too. They came out super cute!

    The designs are nice. But you forgot a really important step. You need to add hardware cloth to the center of the stone to help prevent breakage.

    Did the stone last the year? We made a bunch for Mother’s Day wondering if I can leave out 24/7 or bring in ?

    • @dwu-thequeenofrandom
      @dwu-thequeenofrandom  2 года назад +2

      These that I made in this video I still have, they did last. But if you make them too thin and step on them they will break. So you would want to put something strong like a couple small bars to make them stronger to step on if you would like them thinner. You can leave them out side. If you are are making them and letting them dry its ok to leave them out side as long as they don't get wet. After they dry and cure its totally fine to get wet if raining.
      Hope I answered your questions!

      It should just pop out that's why you use plastic because the concrete doesn't adhere to it.
      Since it just fell out she probably didn't see a need to demonstrate.
