The only think I really dislike about the bedroom in the first unit are the electrical lines crapping up the view. That should have been buried for it to be perfect. The other downside for Ja'Marr might be the lack to a nice back yard, but overall, I have to agree with him about the first place being the most attractive. Pro tip dont waste your money on a house anywhere close to the City of Cincinnati. Or any of the major cities like Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. You will hear nothing but gun shots and police sirens 24/7. There are plenty of places within 20 minutes of the city that are quiet, have a way better view, less crime, and way cheaper for what you pay for. I've seen literal mansions sitting on multiple acres of land for less than 800k.
Not all true. Mt. Adams is safe. Cincinnati downtown is way safer than it used to be. The traffic is crazy commuting from North of Cincinnati. Mason, West Chester, Fairfield is too far but Loveland, Kenwood, and Blue Ash might be worth a look for him
@@N.A.M.P. yeah Mount Adams is ok if you want to constantly deal with Landslides. If you like drinking and hanging out with Drunk college students its great. There are some hidden gems east of Cincinnati as well. Mariemont, and Anderson are nice. I work with CPD and not a single one of the Police Officers will say Cincinnati is safe. That whole "Cincinnati is safer now than it used to be" thing was made up to get people to come back. Its not safe. The Business District is the safest part of Downtown and even there right at Fountain Square you'll be mugged or shot. OTR INSIDE Findley Market is fine, but outside of it is crime ridden as well. West End of Cincy aka Price Hill is a joke, up by UC main campus and the Zoo in Clifton is awful too. 3rd street is literally a campsite for the Homeless people. The "Homeless people" who stand out in front of GABP or PBS and Fountain Square are all con artists. The Homeless shelters kick out the Homeless at 5am and you gotta be inside the place at 8pm and they don't allow any Homeless people who are on drugs which is about 70% of them. You will find Heroin needles everywhere and people laying on the ground who OD'ed. EMS comes and shoots them with Narcan and the drug addicts get pissed off because you ruined their High eventhough you literally saved their life. Cincinnati hasn't changed for the better, in a lot of ways its gotten worse. The News however will lead you to believe otherwise. Dont believe them. Its their job to make people want to come to Cincinnati. I deal with all of this on a regular basis and thats not even including the vandalism, suicides, and car theft.
@@WhiteRaven___ You're really a glass half empty guy, aren't you? Name any city without homelessness? You WILL NOT be mugged at foundation square LMAO!!! Prove it. There are only a handful of homeless people in front of CAB & PBS. I've seen worse in other cities, trust that. Clifton is College Central so it's not bad as you state. North Avondale has plenty of mansions and Thriving communities
@@N.A.M.P. I literally work downtown with the Cincinnati Police department every single night and witness and am involved with this all first hand on a daily basis. Tell me again how im lying? Cases of overdose, suicides, most robbery, vandalism etc dont get reported by the news as it does not fit the narrative or isn't a "big enough " story to cover. But the actual reports are out there. Unless you are talking about suicides in which most of them become classified because the most popular way to commit suicide downtown is by jumping and they don't want to publicize that in hopes people will stop doing it. Literally 2 nights ago 3 people were shot at on vine near OTR and a couple of weeks ago I had to call 911 and help a dude who was stabbed in the arm AT FOUNTAIN SQUARE at the corner of 5th and Vine. I've also had to make a police report for a guy who's car was broken into inside of the parking garage at 4th and Race, on Wednesday the Dominoes on race street was robbed and the delivery drivers for that Dominoes get robbed all the time and have been robbed at gun point. You say there's only a handful of homeless in front on the stadiums eh? So a handful meaning what? The entire stretch of 3rd street from the Lytle tunnel to Second street? Because its nothing but tents, trash and homeless people. Just because Clifton is "college central" doesn't mean anything lol. You must have your blinders on max. @@mikecimpu4077 that’s the tough part for these young millionaires trying to manage their new found money… with a big property as such, the up-keeping would not be easy, I highly doubt he will take care of the entire place himself, and he mentioned he doesn’t cook, so it’s be interesting to see what kind of personal assisting staff he will have…. Things adds up, quickly… very quickly…
It’s amazing when you see the prices of homes in different parts of the country. That first one for $1.6m would be $5-6m where I live.
Cali haha
I feel like if you're a receiver you should live in a small space so when you come out of it you always feel open haha! Who Dey!
He so cute ☺️
Ja’Marr, come buy my house in Terrace Park, suburb of Cincy. I’ll sell it to you for only a cool million. It’s got a backyard for your dog, kitchen for your mom and some gorgeous view of the privacy fence. Lol
The only think I really dislike about the bedroom in the first unit are the electrical lines crapping up the view. That should have been buried for it to be perfect. The other downside for Ja'Marr might be the lack to a nice back yard, but overall, I have to agree with him about the first place being the most attractive. It might be difficult to judge from the video, but it also felt more open spaced than the other two which really felt like skinny narrow expensive condos though they did have nice "yards".
Geaux Tigers.
Real chill dude, but during the games this boy gets hyped up. Dudes a beast
He should save his money. His rookie contract might be his last if he can’t figure out how to see and catch an NFL football.
Seems to be catching it just fine to me
@@joeygrant1088 Fr, 5 catches for 101 yards in his debut
This aged poorly
@@hordyaba- Why? I was simply responding to what HE said about seeing and catching an NFL football.
@@SJM6791 And chase was only responding to a question he was asked, which was "what is the difference between the CF and NFL football". they took a 10 second response while cutting out 10 minutes of other things he said before that. fake news
This guy is my age and he is making millions and can easily afford a nice house like these ones. Crazy to think about.
They showed him overpriced bs, he might have to put his house party plans on the back burner because the neighbors are damn near living with you considering how close the houses are in Ohio
Houses that close are mostly in/around the city. Check out some listings in the Indian Hill district of North Cincinnati if you want to see some really beautiful homes.
I’m saying the same thing. I’m from the South (in Dallas) and we get so much more space.
It’s so crowded and congested I can’t lol. Down here for that price. He could get a big lot, barely see any neighbors and 4 car garage easily plus a big backyard. It ain’t worth it
I was thinking the same thing. No way in hell I will pay for that even if I had the money. Let me stay out of rich people business lol
@@edb484 its cheap here too you just gotta know where too look. Like the guy above said you just got to go north of the city a little and youll find homes for less than a million that are similar to what you are talking about.
The first house wasn’t close
hard work always pay off , never give up yall
@@WhiteRaven___
You're really a glass half empty guy, aren't you? Name any city without homelessness? You WILL NOT be mugged at foundation square LMAO!!! Prove it. Pull up the stats on robberies in fountain square. No one said move the the West End at all, even though you could find hidden gems on the west side in places like Oak Hills & Harrison. There are only a handful of homeless people in front of CAB & PBS. I've seen worse in other cities, trust that. Clifton is College Central so it's not bad as you state. North Avondale has plenty of mansions and Thriving communities
@@WhiteRaven___
95% of what you are saying are lies. I don't even have the time to unpack all this rhetoric.
If you want to have even a taste of what goes on in Cincinnati, download the Citizens app and have a look at some of the things reported on just there.
i’m glad i’m from texas because these houses are close asf together.
I think you should stay around $500,000 for right now. Just until he stack some coins. My opinion only.
