I remember being at the gym wondering why they were playing Hugurashi reversed. I guess I wasnt the only one who recognized it in Welcome to the party.
This version seems more urgent, which also related to Higurashi. Not only is it sad, but it had its 'drama' moments too, where someone needs caution and seeking solace. Anywho, this is a amazing version, however, I still prefer Ai.
It's funny that this sounds so normal reversed, most songs sound stupid. This version, while remaining sad, (to me) doesn't sound creepy, and is like a hint of deserved hope. It makes the original and this like two sides/faces of the same coin.
kinda gave me shivers the first few times i was in the dark while listening to it and since i imagine rena singngthe song since it has kind of her voice i actually felt kinda scared of rena like she was going to come through my door and cut me open but i think if someone could find a way to kinda remove some of the reversing effects it might sound a bit better but it still sounds beautiful
