- Nina Willis is believed to be Georgia's oldest living resident. On Saturday, she turned 114 years 'young' as family and friends came together to celebrate her.

What’s the point of being “alive” and being in a hospital bed all day. Stop celebrating sick things.
By 90, if you make it that long, everything goes back to infancy... sleeping and peeing yourself all day. But to some people, longevity is everything.
Not for everyone. Some people who stay physically and mentally active still have a quality of life well past 90. This woman just isn’t one of them and that’s why her continuing existence is nothing to celebrate. It’s a tragedy for everyone involved, but the Cult of Deformity who celebrate people who are technically alive even when their lives have no meaning will never see it that way.
