    👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
    Mutton Paya preparation:
    1. Cooking oil - 1/2 cup.
    2. Onion - 2 small size (125 gm).
    3. Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp.
    4. Red chili powder - 1 tsp.
    5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp.
    6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
    7. All spice powder - 1 tsp.
    8. Salt - 1 tsp OR to taste.
    9. Water - 3 - 4 cups.
    Mutton Kunna preparation:
    1. Cooking oil - 4 tbsp.
    2. Onion - 1 large size (250 gm).
    3. Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp.
    4. Red chili powder - 2 tsp.
    5. Coriander powder - 1 + 1/2 tsp.
    6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
    8. Salt - 1 tsp OR to taste.
    9. Water - 2 to 3 cups.
    10. Wheat flour - 3 to 4 tbsp.
    11. Black cumin seeds - 1 tbsp.
    🔪 Instructions:
    Mutton Paya preparation:
    1. Add cooking oil to fry onion with mutton paya.
    2. Add all the spices & ginger garlic paste.
    3. Cook until paya tenderize.
    Mutton Kunna preparation:
    1. Add cooking to fry mutton with ginger garlic paste.
    2. Add all the spices.
    3. Cook until meat tenderize.
    Mix prepared Kunna with tenderized paya
    Add Starch slurry & black cumin seeds
    5. Enjoy!!
    🍽️ Tips and Tricks:
    1. Cook paya and mutton on medium to low heat.
    2. Keep stirring while adding wheat slurry to avoid lumps.
