Big pieces 150 to 200 gm .bong le lein
Matti ka bartan
200 gm ghee plus paani
Lehsan adrak 1 tb
Gosht
70 gm piyaaz
No tamatar dahi etc
Dhaniya powder and laal mirch 1tb
Adha tb haldi.
Namak
Hilana nahi hai bs aag laga k rkh dein
Give 45 minutes or more
Masala khul jana. Ab mix kr lein masala
Paani khushk
Water oil alag
Bhoon lein 4 5 minutes
Baar baar paani khushk krna hai
Dobara add paani
Shorba smooth hna chahie
Pakne dein 2 3 ghnte
Aata 2 tb paani m daal k mix krein
Thora thora aata add kr k mix krein
Kaala zeera 1 tsp mix after
10 15 minutes dam
