    👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
    1. Mutton with fat - 1 Kg.
    2. Garlic cloves - 9 pcs.
    3. Ginger - 1 pc (2 - 3 inch).
    4. Onion - 1 (medium size).
    5. Salt - 3 tsp OR to taste.
    6. Black pepper (whole) - 1 tsp.
    7. Cloves - 4 to 5 pcs.
    8. Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
    9. Water - 3 to 4 cups.
    10. Butter ghee - 1/4 cup.
    🔪 Instructions:
    1. Marinate the meat with salt thoroughly.
    2. Add ginger garlic, onion & all spices.
    3. Add water and seal properly.
    4. Cook for 3 to 4 hours "Low heat".
    5. Add hot butter ghee.
    7. Enjoy!!
