@@sealy1that exact thing happened to my mom. The ride stopped randomly but the lights didn’t come on and they randomly just flew backwards

@@sealy1the first time i went on guardians, we were stuck on the part where you wait for the backwards launch for at least a few minutes and nothing happened it was just pitch black then the launch scared the heck outta everyone
I will never forget the time we were stopped on guardians right before the second launch. The lights stayed off and the audio and show scenes played to the end, and we were left sitting at the brake block in complete darkness and eerie silence for a few minutes. It’s not like on space mountain where you’re surrounded by tons of clicking, clacking, creaking and other signs of activity; it’s so well soundproofed that you could probably hear an ant walking across the floor. After a very long minute or so where everyone was being strangely quiet, the train pulled back a little bit and then BLASTED up that launch, and we finished the ride in darkness and quiet. It was so weird and honestly pretty cool. I've ridden it enough times that I didn't mind the interruption, and experiencing some of it with no audio or lights was kind of wild.
I was on this ride earlier today, and we were stopped for a little bit in darkness, and the launch came out of nowhere 😭

This happened to me literally 8 days later at the same place and obviously the same ride
I thought the room was smaller then ever but WOW

it broke down while we were waiting in line but the 2 and a half hour wait was worth it for this masterpeice
