7:17 Jr dragster racing is one of the hardest forms of bracket racing there is. Car counts are high and it makes both the parents and the child a better racer overall. If you want ur kid to be a good street car racer like you. They should start in a Jr
Coop being the Debbie Downer on Jr dragsters, lol. Keep an open mind about it and if you make it fun for the kid they will have fun, the ones that that tend to not have fun is all in how the parents have made it so. Good episode Coop and Bronte!! Bronte don’t take his advice on movies lol!!!
I feel the kid has to want to do it is all. Sometimes if you force a kid they end up hating it
@@BogettiStudios very understandable, just remember the kid doesn’t really know what they want in the beginning that’s why it’s the parents job to make it fun and engaging so they want to keep doing it 👍👍. Keep up the great work with the podcast Coop!!!
5:08 Jr dragster racing is hard on both the kids and the parents but your use to seeing bmp Jr kids. If you race at more local bracket tracks in jr's like most kids then it's a lot like baseball. Home Town vibes and stuff. But it is a lot of maintenance and when I did it I always worked on it with my dad. Like I didn't wanna be the kid who let dad do all the work. The kids who sit back and let there parents aren't real bracket racers

As a single father of a 3 y.o son @32, cooper i think Bronte is gonna be a great mom. Im curious to see how much his birth and life is going to change your perspective on life, its an amazing thing. One of the few things in life you literally cant explain to someone and they understand it. You HAVE to experience before you know what true unconditional love is. Shew!

Cooper, I would love to see a series where are you help educate people with drag racing IQ and explain things that may seem simple to you but not the average viewer like myself. I really enjoyed the pre FL2K show so if you could do that and dive into drag racing all around with you and another host it would be an awesome series for the show!

Jrs was the best bonding me and my son have. Deffinatly some parent drama with jrs. They can do jr street at 13 which we did this year because he grew out of the jr and was ready to go to a big car . They can go 9.00 with a licence passenger,

I remember when my son was little and we were at my wife’s boss’s house for a bbq all the sudden we turn around and my son is standing on the side of the pool with his shorts around his ankles peeing in the pool we were so embarrassed thank god they adopted many kids and they have seen everything. They kept calm just said boys will be boys than had a talk with him. He said he wanted to spray the pool like the water coming from the side of pool (the aerator). 😂

Over preparing for pregnancy will be so laughable when the next pregnancy(s) happen. 1st time parents are the best!! 😂😂
So my son used to race BMX bikes, and we traveled all across the western states to compete. I didn’t have to push him. He was pretty self motivated. I didn’t have to yell at him if he lost onto he would just work harder to get better but some of these parents I’m sure it’s the same in junior drag racing they’re living Through their kid as they say, but you’ll hear them. Tell him if you lose this next qualifying round I’m just gonna throw your bike away or I’m gonna sell your bike we’re done with this but then you seem at the next race laugh out loud but I hear the worst soccer like those parents are just anal

So many kids that are forced into sports are in the sport so the parent can live their own fantasy in the sport they didn't get to do, failed at, or got hurt doing the sport and could no longer do it.

As a lifelong guy the only women's sports worth watching are tennis and volleyball.
I bet a lot of it has to do with if the kid is forced to do it, if he just had the option to make a few passes when he is at the track with you it could be different. The attitude you have with life is going to make it easier for your kid to enjoy things. The kids are miserable because the parents not because they don't like driving

I totally agree if men have to put the toilet seat up a woman can put the toilet seat down. If you are so oblivious to the seat being up then you deserve setting in the toilet. Don't complain if the toilet seat is up.

Maybe some of your average fox bodies at the track are cheated up but McFlurry is not anything special parts wise and has been very fast considering what it has... By far the best chassis to race with if you don't have deep pockets
