2. Find stump at 31,18 and eat Marshroom to see frog
3. Talk to frog

Correction: The stump in the pound is more west than south, it's late and i am tired. Refer to coordinates or video if you cannot find it. -- More Rune Locations/Guides on my channel!

As far as I know there isn’t one. But the mobs are 20+ getting there, and skull level around the rune to me at lvl 16

Yes but it will be at a different location. You can google “wowhead druid runes” i think as new ones get discovered they should update. I dont know where horde ones are
