Thank you for the wrapper recipe. Kid won't eat veg so will have to disguise them. He is also nut free & soy free so I am really going to have to think. Thank you! Also xanthum & other gums free, I use psyllium husks ground instead

You can use any brand of all purpose gluten-free mixed flour.

The listed recipe and the closed captioning both say to use gf plain flour. GF means gluten free. There was no gluten used in making these wrappers
