Why are there no comments about having our man Josh Hartnett back and how he looks AMAZING!!!!
Because he’s been back
He never left 😂
I haven't seen him around in a hot minute alright. So, he's back to me.
Penny Dreadful was the last time I saw him and he was amazing in that.
@@Michelle-DiPalo He was in the guy ritchie's Operation Fortune as well which was released last year.
BRO THE TRAILER HAD A PLOT TWIST
Lots of twists. Lots of twists in this thing, so try and keep up.
It's gonna have lots of plot twist's lol
I thinking the daughter had him set up and tipped off the police
It's from the mind of M. Night Shymalan ... I mean nothing is more guaranteed other than him having a cameo role than having plot twists on top of plot twists.
Sorry to ask the dumb question. But what was the plot twist you're referring to? Just that the protagonist has a hostage at home? I think that's more of a plot feature than a plot twist though, right?
Say what you will about M. Night but the man delivers on unique premises. This one is going to be a good one.
Delivers on unique premises and then totally drops the ball when it comes to ending half of them.
Well he 90% of the time sources from a book or graphic novel for his films
all his movies are good
“He knows how to put the ball on the tee”; his problems include using a badminton shuttle not a ball and using a pool cue tip instead of a bat
@@parkoutdoors7788 you mean like every movie writer ever?
I'm always seated behind a dude that tall.
I know right, why can't it be a guy like Glen Powell in front of us...
Oh wait I'm tall, nvm
I've never been to a concert so I wouldn't know....
6’8
Do you know what I’ve been in the back of every photo since I was 14 years old. When people look back at my life, they think I’m just a floating head.
I never realized one of Shyamalans signatures was that deadon look at the camera exposition, until i saw it here and thought "Oh this must be a Shyamalan"
The Twist is Josh Harnett is not the actual villain, he is a copycat killer trying to find and kill the real killer lol
The twist is that his daughter is actually in on it, and he just wants to bond with his daughter.
My thoughts exactly
I bet the twist is the daughters the real butcher 😂
Come on, he's a white male. He's the killer.
No no no, think logiclly. . He's the killer and he needs to find a way to escape without being caught by the cops. He decently wants to target the pop star. This is all very predictable but I LOVE the concept.
The daughter definitely has something to do with it.
What a twist!
Daughter set him up
The twist is the daughter gave the fbi the tip
Now this one I can actually believe
Nar I reckon the daughter is the actual killer and he is just trying to cover it up
Why the hell would she need to bring her dad to a concert to have him arrested, though? Eh, it’s a Shamathon film. It’s not like we should expect better. You’re probably right.
Hartnett is a underappreciated actor.
Lucky Number Slevin is one of the most underrated movies of the past 20 years
Josh plays a good villain! Ever since I saw that black mirror episode with him and Jesse in space, great/ sad episode.
Knowing this guy with the twists, what if this isn’t even the butcher they’re talking about, what if he is a killer just not the one they set the trap for
Good idea, there's a 0% chance Josh is the actual killer. It was the most obvious thing ever by the trailer, which automatically makes it not true lol.
@@peteb7042 k
OOOOO plus there's tons of cops, way to many to just simply catch one guy, maybe there are multiple killers or the butcher is multiple people... If the daughter is the killer it could just be that he is gonna try to help keep her safe as that's what a parent does.
Maybe he's looking for the killer also
This was my thought
Why are people celebrating the return of Josh Hartnett? He never went away? He has had a movie or TV show appearance regularly every year for a long time now.
He hasn't been the lead or title actor in anything really though.
The last thing I remember seeing him in was either The Black Dahlia or Resurrecting the Champ with Samuel L. Jackson, and that was over ten years ago.
@@JoeyHubbard89he was featured prominently in last year’s Oppenheimer with Cillian Murphy
@@lenninyuman2464 was he really? I didn’t go see that one in theaters. I decided to wait until another time.
@@JoeyHubbard89Yeah, he played the role of Ernest Lawrence, one of the physicists Oppenheimer works with at the beginning of the movie
Glad Hartnett is back in cinema. Underrated actor.
Josh Hardnett 🤘
I met him years ago. It was super brief, I live in Minnesota. It was amazing.
Josh Hartnett❤
Like he never left
meaning?
@@Jesus-ji7zz he dissapeared from hollywood lots of years
@@remnem he just had a movie out in 2023
What about oppenheimer wrath of man and operation fortune??
And he was making quite a number of b movies before these….. he never really left
@@Waffle-vl8fjDLo
I don't think I've ever seen Josh Harnett as the bad guy but I'm all for it. Good range.
Watch his Black Mirror episode
He was the villain in the movie 'O' released 2001
He’s a hit man in Sin city
Lived long enough to see himself become the villain 🤣
I just love seeing Josh Hartnett starring in a big movie again
Sigh M. Night man he just gets it... Original movies ONLY.
The Last Airbender agrees with this statement.
Hes actually talented. Truly talented artist will always be original and unique with their ideas and what they portray to the world, because its GOD given. But Hollywood locks out and gatekeeps against new and authentic writers, actors, musicians etc, and puts the non-talented but connected people in these positions. M. Night is simply one who slipped thru the cracks and we're lucky to have him as an artist/creative.
@@nicholasplant2129 he didn't write that tho. It was terrible but anything M. night does from the ground up is tip top minus "The Happening" even tho that was decent on the 2nd watch.
@RebelPlanet1 I know this wasn't for me. But I saw "rebel moon" it was cool to me I actually think "damsel" was better but in both we (the audience) or maybe just me I didn't really care or root for any of the characters.
Lady in the water
Shyamalan films are absolute events.
The second I saw the name Shyamalan the awkward exposition dump straight to the camera made a lot of sense 😂
I am very intrigued on the premise for the film since something terrible happens in the concert sounds rather terrifying
If you're ok with extreme gore, the opening of The Collection nails this oddly fascinating concept on the head
(It's also a sequel to The Collector, basically a non-Saw Saw concept that became it's own thing. But the club scene opening the The Collection is on RUclips. Again, there's some gnarly gore throughout these flicks. But theyre HIGHLY enjoyable if it's your jam)
@@PapaBPoppin yeah and I can handle a intense amount of Gorey moments in horror films and r rated action films
No idea this was Shyamalan, looks good
Bro this looks terrible what are you talking about
Def gotta be a twist it does look good minus josh Hartnett lol
3 stupid comments in a row. Mine is good though, broke the chain.
Awesome! Mr. Shyamalan always has the original story.
The trees did it. 😂
Filmed in Toronto
Why does the merch guy know about the FBI sting operation?
Plot armor
Cause he’s the killer!!!!!!!!! TWIST revealed right here!!!!! M night strikes again!
Classic M Night writing.
The real question is how FBI found out that killer will visit concert?)
It's M Night Shyamalan. He always has this character explain some stuff to the audience
I'm getting "Mr. Brooks" vibes!
Cool. My partner had seen that and this was exactly what he said. I have to watch it now.
What a way to come back to film for Josh Harnet. This looks really good and yes, the trailer is twisty and twisted! I never expected this to go down like that lol
M. NIGHT and Josh Hartnett!! I'll be there opening weekend
josh hartnett is back baby!!!! and hopefully this is finally a Shyamalan's redemption because the premise is sooo LIIIITTTTTT
Josh "the legend" Hartnett returns!
First of all, the Feds would not disclose their intentions.
Thanks for giving it all away
Josh Harnett come back as a father is brilliant. I didn’t not watch the entire trailer because it might spoil the entire movie -as they do- , BUT for what I got to watch looks like it could be the best triller this year so far…
He’s PERFECT for this role.
I could not...agree...more...❤❤❤
LOOKS GOOD 👍
Finally a good movie coming out
Watching trailer makes me goosebumps.. wow what a twist…
Looks awesome, can't wait to see this.🎉
Josh Hartnett back!
Definitely worth seeing.
This year will be a good year for movies and this just made it even better.
I dont know what has me more shook. The fact that Josh is old enough to play a father to a middle school girl or that the movie The Faculty feels like not that long to me.
Omg what a twist!!
Hell yeah! I’ve been waiting on this one! Big fan of M.Night 😊❤
i'll check it out
Good to see Josh Hartnett in leading roles again. He killed it in Oppenheimer.
Now this, this is creativity
Now this is my kind of movie looking forward to it!
I hope this doesn't disappoint. The Sixth Sense was the only movie from Shyamalan I enjoyed.
Knock at the Cabin is really good I'd recommend that
I will be seated.
I’ve always been a fan of his since I was little. So happy he’s doing bigger roles
WE ARE SO BACK BABY
Good to see Jose hartnett back acting
What a Twist!
Sheesh Josh is something else..he is fine been fine still fine..He was awesome in pearl harbor
It wasn't filmed in the Rogers Center. It was filmed at the First Ontario Center (formerly Copps Coliseum) in Hamilton. They were there for over a month.
That singer is the killer!!!
Looks awesome
Looking forward to watch this movie. Seems another hit from M. night.
A twist in the trailer this time! Shyamalan has outdone himself
Looks good! Also stoked for his daughters directorial debut movie "the watchers"
Twist: Daughter is in on it.
Twist: Daughter IS the Butcher :P
Okay, I don't know what I was expecting from the trailer but that twist had me hooked! definitely gonna see it when it comes out
I'm so excited!
How did the police find out he would be at the concert?
Okay I’m intrigued
I can't wait to see what the twist is in this one!
Heres the plot twist: hes actually investigating the murders, the daughter is the killer
Gorgeous cinematography from the cinematographer of Challengers!!
Josh!!!!!!!!❤
This looks pretty good and so happy that Josh gets another chance.
Love Josh Hartnett, and the concept is interesting
Im not the type to like horror movie or thrills but the fact were seeing it from the killer P. O. V got me interested and hooked!! I CANT WAIT 😆
Josh Harnett back LFG! We will just pretend like you didn't leave us for a few years lol.. movie looks great!!!
Zeke has grown up so much since high school. Whoa never mind I finished the trailer and he lost his mind after high School😂
I hope this will be good. I loved Split. Also I haven't seen Josh Hartnett in a long time.
He was in last year's Oppenheimer and he's great in Penny Dreadful
I'm stoked for this and josh be looking Hella fine still ❤
The stud Josh Hartnett is back!
Felt like days ago when I saw Josh Hartnett in Halloween H20 & lucky number Sleven all them years ago, plus another one of my favourites..30 days of night.
I thought he was incredible in Black Mirrors what was not too long ago. Very talented actor. Looking forward to this.
It's GREAT to finally have Josh Hartnett BACK in a film. It's been too long since tha man done did some actin! Penny dreadful is the last production I saw him in
I wish they didn't show as much as they do in the trailer. But they always do...
Josh Harnett looks good and the premise for the movie is awesome!
Okay but I was most hyped to see Jonathan Langdon as the merch guy. Run The Burbs fans know!
Ok so I researched IMBD lists the premise “ A father and teen daughter attend a pop concert, where they realize they're at the center of a dark and sinister event. “
which is always the most specific, there is an actress listed as a Doctor 👩⚕️, maybe a psychologist.
There was a really good theory someone came out with: that the father is protecting his daughter who is actually a demon cannibal who eats the victims and that’s why he has to capture them for her and that’s why there’s so many FBI agents and cops at the concert. They find out what she is. Maybe the Doctor tipped them off. And it’s possible they want to see what happens if they trap the daughter beast in with thousands of people if she’ll attack them or something .
It’s possible they don’t want to kill the daughter but want to trap her and research her.
Or they could both be some kind of cannibal beasts. And they need to feed at the concert or something
Hell yes!
Im addicted to this trailer for some reason
Looks very interesting. Why would the shirt vendor know about the police plans 😅. Plus I feel Lady Raven is important to the story.
she is important to the story because she is Shyamalan's daughter and the film is essentially a marketing tactic :P
Me: "Everyone shut up, it's Josh Hartnett!"
Also, me: How dare you use Josh Hartnett to manipulate me?!
Someone has been threatening Lady Raven saying they are such a fan and they want to tear her to pieces. They are coming to do it at the concert. Lady Raven panics tells the police they set up the trap. Josh goes to the concert. Finds out about the trap. Tries to enjoy the concert and find a way out. Ends up backstage with Lady Raven trying to escape with her. Father nearly escapes, daughter and Lady Raven. But gets arrested taken to jail where he is questioned about the Lady Raven threats. He denies it. They check the DNA they found on the letter with his. Its a 50% match. The daughter is still with Lady Raven. End of movie.
Slevin looking good yooooo
Dexter lookin smile 😭😭😭
I’m hoping it all a red herring so that the twist is actually surprising. It’s been awhile since a M.Night movie really surprised me. I like the idea of the main character being the villain and it’s revealed so that the twist is even more surprising. Or maybe the twist is that there is no twist lol.
If only there was a podcast discussing this actor's filmography
Dude WHAT A MOVIE IDEA GENIUS
Josh harnett as bad guy again!!!
He was good in Black Mirror I’m sold!!
My prediction is that the daughter followed him once and found out he was the butcher and with the conflict she felt about loving her dad but seeing that he’s the butcher she couldn’t outright rat on him so instead left a tip for the fbi. This fills the plot point of the merch guy saying that the FBI received a tip.
M Knight Shyamalan movie... a trap I'll never fall for.
😂😂😂
It's very kind of the trailer editor to put it right out front that this is M Knight Shyamalan diarrhea. Sometimes they try to hide it, and I almost accidentally watched "Knock at the Cabin!"
Ahhhhhh Josh Hartnet!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
