In today`s video we are making Sautéed Cabbage with Onions and Carrots.

For this recipe I used
A generous amount of Cooking Oil
1/2 of a Medium sized Cabbage
2 Medium sized carrots
1 Medium sized Onion
Salt to Taste
I like preparing cabbage this way and serving it as a vegetable side dish with other meals.
The cabbage cooks for 10 minutes max, leaving it with a crunch and natural taste and sweetness.
You can cook for longer if you like.
** TIP **
The cooking process is very fast so prepare everything before you start cooking.

Love cabbage. And actually this exact recipe is a great for dumplings/pierogies stuffing, and, off course, for the puff pastry cabbage pie. Tho sometimes I like it a bit "roasted", but if to go more healthy way - this one is perfect. Thank you!
