Considering North Korea was laid waste during the Korean war,the way they have rebuilt Pyongyang since in spite of all the sanctions and hindrances to trade is amazing,they say the population is 23 million and 9 million live in Pyongyang but they are the Elites the favourites of the Goverment if that`s true it is a very large share of Elites ,out of Britains population of 65 million i doubt if there are 9 million who would be classed as Elite and out of the U S A`s 325 million i dont think they would have 9 million Elites as the vast majority can`t afford a $500 medical bill theres probably more homeless than the number of people well off enough to be regarded as the Elite.
It fascinates me to see luxury cars driving around these streets. What terrible corrupt things must the driver be up to in order to be driving a Mercedes E class in a country largely devoid of food
