    I loved the way you reused the parchment paper. I also do the same,till it becomes unusable.Loved your video. Please upload one in which you have used oat sourdough for makin100% oats bread. BTW. I am 86+ and love to bake my own bread, mostly No Knead type.

    I made this last week and I really like it. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I like it toasted with mashed avocado and salt. Next time I will try it with barley or buckwheat flour instead of oats to vary it up a little.

    Please, when the dough ferments then it's put in the oven?

    Such a clever idea to use all those pulses. Please tell me how do you make the fermented oats starter?

    This is wonderful. Will this work without the millet?

    • @NaturallyFrugal1
      @NaturallyFrugal1  3 года назад +1

      Yes. You can replace with another cereal like rice, buckwheat, teff, quinoa etc, if gluten free. Or wheat , barley, rye, if you don’t mind the gluten.
      Thanks for watching.😊

    This looks wonderful, just the kind of hearty texture I like. Questions... I have lots of different grains and legumes I'd like to sprout for this... if I keep the amounts consistent (4 cups dry total) do you think I could I mix and match the ones I have the best luck sprouting? Would flax work in place of the psyllium husks or do I need to order some? Thanks in advance!

      You got exactly the point I want to make with the Ezekiel videos. Please mix and match. Just keep the ratio of 3 parts whole grains to 1 part beans or lentils.
      I didn’t test with flax seed but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Chia seeds would be another option to test. Please let me know your results.😊

    Hi.I don't have oat flour; if I process old fashioned oatmeal in a food processor or blender, would the resulting flour work to make the bread? Thanks

    • @NaturallyFrugal1
      @NaturallyFrugal1  3 года назад +1

      Yes. It will work just fine. Thank you for watching.😊

    DO YOU COVER THE BREAD IN THE PAN?

    • @NaturallyFrugal1
      @NaturallyFrugal1  2 года назад +1

      I cover it with a dish towel and a plastic bag on top, during the fermentation stage.

    How would you describe the flavor? Does any sour flavor come through from the fermentation?

    • @NaturallyFrugal1
      @NaturallyFrugal1  3 года назад +2

      It tastes sour like a good sourdough bread.
      Thank you for watching..
