I don’t see where it says to sprout the ingredients in the scriptures.

Amen. Ezekiel 4:9 - 9 “Also take for yourself wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them into one vessel, you are absolutely correct ! I see the scripture does not go into detail on how to make the bread. It just says to make bread of them. In this recipe, the sprouting technique is used. Have a blessed day !!!

Was no active yeast, so why claim Bible bread

Thank you for your comment ! Yes, this recipe uses yeast. It is a representative of the bread in the scripture, Ezekiel 4:9 - 9 “Also take for yourself wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them into one vessel, and make bread of them for yourself. Have a blessed day !!!

Those kidney beans and white beans came from Meso-America. They did not exist in ancient middle east.

Oil is a lubricant, not a food. Leave it out for healthy food.

Natural fats make poor lubricants in industrial terms, and are extremely nutritious. Don't confuse them with the chemical factory produced seed oils that are 100% omega6 and highly inflammatory - damaging for the human body.
