That seems close to the price of the magnetic black iron dumbbells. Did you consider those at all or was it “Watson or nothing!” lol. The rotation of the lighter dumbbells is SWEEEEET!
@@TheFarrOutpost blackironfit has them in increments of 15 pounds(?) with magnetic rings to allow people to go up in 1.25 pound increments. However I don’t think they would have been able to make the logo as good as Watson did. The set is something like 14k? Just astronomical but they’re top teir like yours. Very efficient concerning space as well but not everyone cares about that either.
Great looking dumbbells. I love how your gym has evolved over time. There is something absolutely awesome about having heirloom quality gear from Slater and Watson. Hopefully you are enjoying the oxygen rich altitude in Indiana.
Hi Mr. Farr: Those Stainless Steel Watson dumbbells are so nice. The nicest dumbbells, that I have ever seen, other than the stainless steel Intek. You have to purchase a fully welded Excalibur High Polish 304 Stainless Steel 3/8 inch Dumbbell Rack with Double Saddles. Larry Sullivan is the owner of Excalibur Fitness. He used to be the foreman of Icarian Fitness during the early to late 80's for Icarian Fitness. First generation Cybex, Icarian, BodyMasters, and Flex were in all of the Gold's, World's and Powerhouse Gyms. All those pieces of equipment took decades of abuse. Larry Sullivan also makes stainless steel balconies, and gates, which highlights his artistic side. I look forward, to more of your RUclips videos.
Super nice
Dude those are beautiful
Those dumbbells are fire! 👍
I dunno why this is just showing up on my feed now, but so pumped for you... almost as pumped as you'll be after a few sets on these.
😂🤣😂🤣
If I use them every day until my 79th birthday… they’ll have only cost me $1/day 😂🤣😂 cheapest dumbbells ever!

@@meisdetermined I have not seen the others you mention. I just wanted branded dumbbells and Watson was the brand I had seen the most.

Unreal quality stuff, but cost more than my entire gym. Good on you, Dude!
Man, those really pop, putting the weight in the stone is next level personalized and extra extra special! Congrats!
It doesn't get any better than Watson's. So choice. Congratulations
Jesus man, that’s almost as much as all the the pieces in the gym. Freaking cool but goddam.
If I use them everyday, for the next 33 years… they’ll only cost $1/day 🤣😂🤣😂
Sweet! One of a kind! 💪🏼

yeah buddy!
Was the shipping crazy expensive?
I negotiated every step of the way. Of the totals, shipping was $1481 US dollars. So a little over 10% of the total purchase.
Looking good. Logo is sweet! Always wondered if the bolts on the end dig into your legs when setting up for bench etc.?
Nope, hardly noticeable. 💪🏼
@@TheFarrOutpost Cheers. Good to know.
